The housing is made of cold-rolled steel, and the cover is smooth and rounded and projects less than one inch from the ceiling. The grille is held in place by a spring, allowing for easy installation and access. Also included are pre-wired outlet boxes with plug-in receptacles and adjustable hanger brackets which provide mounting between 16-inch on-center joists. Not for use in kitchens.
